Właśnie odebrałem jak zawsze wieczorem pocztę klubową. No a na niej mail adresowany chyba do wszystkich klubów PFKK. Może niepowinienem, ale niech tam ... cytuję:
Dear Kyokushin-kan Dojo Operators and Instructors in Poland,
I hope this email finds you in good health and spirits.
First of all, Kyokushin-kan International Honbu (headquarter) would like to apologize for making every Polish Kyokushin-kan member worry about some trouble made between former Polish branch chief Mr. Bogdan Jeremicz, PFKK & his executives and some people who have been so called expelled from PFKK.
April 4th, Honbu Japan has got a letter from former branch chief Mr. Bogdan that he wished to resign branch chief and quit Kyokushin-kan, which made us surprised as well as all of you. So we Honbu believe it is necessary to explain to all Polish Kyokushin-kan members our point of view what has been going on in Polish Kyokushin-kan branch.
In 2009 August at Summer camp, a letter from Shihan Kaneko was given to former Polish branch chief Mr. Bogdan which is about Shihan Kaneko's opinion and suggestion about selecting world tournament fighters and to change the way of running PFKK which Shihan Kaneko felt biased. Since then, some problems have been seen in PFKK which finally lead to expelling some regional representatives from PFKK and was declared on PFKK website. However, this decision was made by PFKK only and Kyokushin-kan Honbu was not aware nor being involved to it.
Kyokushin-kan Honbu has been thinking how to solve all these problems peacefully and fairly.
We Kyokushin-kan organization has always been and will always be equal and fair to anybody, so therefore if the problems occurred, we need to hear everybody's opinions equally, and make the best solutions for everybody.
That is why, when Honbu saw this problems of expelling some people from PFKK, we've tried to hear what was the true reasons, and we and Kancho have been waiting for the proper answers, and later some reasons were given from PFKK but those were null and void or trivial.
Honbu considered that former Polish branch chief Mr. Bogdan has contributed to Kyokushin-kan for a long time, so we gave him some extra time and see how he can solve the problems.
In 2011 February, we had an International Instructors Camp in Fukushima. But until this time, there was no clear solution, so between Kancho, Fuku-Kancho and some Shihans and all Polish participants, we had a meeting, and Kancho explained about the Kyokushin-kan's basic ideas.
Unfortunately the message did not get across to them, so Kancho decided that it is necessary to give some strict and severe solution, which was addressed to former branch chief Mr. Bogdan. Kancho told to Mr. Bogdan, as a leader in Polish Kyokuhsin-kan family, if he does not solve all problems by May, Kancho will dismiss the present Polish Kyokushinkan and build up a new Polish Kyokushin-kan organization.
He meant to change the way of running Polish Kyokushin-kan organization from dictatorship to democracy.
Kancho told these conditions to former branch chief Mr. Bogdan, and the meeting was over.
Important thing is, Kyokushin-kan is not just an organization, but it is a family as well. Kyokushin-kan member is a family member, which means, although there are some members who are good and some are not, leader in the family needs to accept all of them and make the best solution to make the organization (family) good, and this is the job for the leader.
Therefore, without very special reason or unacceptable behavior, Kyokushin-kan International Houbu will never expel any kyokushin-kan members.
There are various people with various reasons who joined Kyokushin-kan, and it does not matter who they are, the Kyokushin-kan door is always open. We will not refuse anybody who wants to come and join us, even if once left before, but also, we will not stop anybody who wants to leave us.
We would like to ask you to remember Sosai Mas Oyama's motto which he said often in a lot of different occasions "Keep your head low (modesty), eyes high (ambition), mouth shut (serenity), base yourself on filial piety and benefit others."
All of us should remember this Sosai Oyama's motto, and we would like to take over Sosai Oyama's true intentions correctly to the future to develop Kyokushin Karate, and fulfill what Sosai Oyama said.
After the former branch chief Mr. Bogdan's resigning statement, we would like to let you decide whether to continue being our family member of Kyokushin-kan or not. It is completely free to make your own decision and we will never force your decision.
In addition, if there are someone who wants to be our DO (dojo operator) or BC (branch chief) under our regulations and bylaws shown in our official website, we are open for the opportunity and surely we would like to continue to support Polish Kyokushin-kan as it used to be.
Kyokushin-kan International has decided to change the previous organization and build up a new Polish Kyokushin-kan organization and we want everybody to participate to start this new organization.
So now we would like to hear all of your wishes and requests. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Shihan Jose Millan (International Committee Chairman/European Chairman) and to Honbu. (Please email to both of us.)
Jose A. Millan
Honbu
Once again, we would like to apologize for your concern and thank you very much for your understandings.
