Can u shortly describe what this chinese boxing is sall about?
I don't understand a word from the icbo.de :-D
It looks like kung fu, muay thai and judo in one, hehe.
And hey, on this pic below- it looks like the guy in white was trying to apply a strangle to his oppenent's neck, sth like the triangle hold. But surely it's not THE technique, what is it?
