Shuang zhong - podwójny ciężar

Often misunderstood, in fact, the translations I have seen are
nowhere near the true meaning. Masters from the east and west did
give the true meaning; here is the definition that I learned from my
father and my Greatgrandfather's book and my own personal point of
view.
In Chinese, it is call Shuang-Zhong; the definition of Shuang is
double, both, or twin; the definition of Zhong is weight, heaviness,
or too much. The correct translation of Shuang-Zhong is 'too much on
either side'. You could be too stiff, too soft, too focus, too
scattered, etc. You could Be Double-Weighted by yourself or with
another person like in Push Hands; You may be even Double-Weighted
with the universe. Your mind could be Double-Weighted with you body,
your body could be Double-Weighted wih Your energy and your left and
right, top and bottom could be Double-Weighted.
When you hesitate or indecisive, you mind is Double-Weighted. Been
Stubborn could be been Double-Weighted, but been determent is not.
When your legs are strong, you are not Double-Weighted, but if you
loss the agility, then you are. Be en light and soft is not been
Double-Weight, but been light and soft without spirit, Chi and
intension is. To use energy in Push Hands is not wrong or
Double-Weighted, but to use energy without skill and techniques is,
if you and your opponent use energy against each other and you are not
getting anywhere, then you are Double-Weighted; but if you are much
stronger then your opponent, power is an advantage not
Double-Weighted. If today's temperature is 100 degrees and you are
wearing a jacket or the temperature is below freezing and you are
wearing shorts, then you are Double-Weighted with nature.
You are not Double-Weighted if your weight, energy or intension are
Divided equally to both sides, most people would say you are because
your Ying And Yang is not clear; but it is actually the wrong
explanation. Taiji is complicated, but this is Taiji, it could be
very complicated or very simple, it all depend on how you look at or
approach it: Yin and Yang has different representation, but it is
equal and balanced, problems occur when one is without the other or
when it is not balanced.
To master Taiji, you need to truly study and understand Shuand-Zhong.
You need to find a teacher who are able to teach you how not be
Shuang-Zhong.

no i ja tutaj jednej rzeczy nie chwytam, z reguły w Taiji uważa się równomierne rozłożenie ciężaru ciała na obu nogach za błąd, z kolei w tej wypowiedzi są dwa terminy : weight i balance. Rozumiem, że brak równowagi i symetrii jest błędem, ale z tym ciężarem to mi tu cosik nie pasuje 8O
Mam nadzieję, że nie zamieszałem zbytnio, czepiam sie coby rozmowę zagaić :wink: (w końcu ile można o tych nożach ).
