Wymagania na stopnie Judo [eng]
The following rank tests are rough standards that should be met for each level. Ability level overrides “time in rank”, tournament attendance, and any other requirements. Nothing is set in stone. Time in rank requirements are actually average estimates based on a dedicated individual attending class on a very regular basis. Time in rank could vary widely among individuals.


Rokyu (Yellow Belt). Attended classes on a regular basis for about 6 months. Demonstrate the following:

Ukemi (Falling):
Demonstrate forward, backward, and side falls.

Nage Waza (Throws):
Ogoshi (Hip Throw)
Seoi Nage (Shoulder Throw) both Ippon and Morote
De Ashi Barai (Forward Leg Foot Sweep)
Osoto Gari (Big Outside Reap)

Kaeshi Waza (Counter Throws):
Counter a hip throw with a hip throw.

Osaekomi (Pins):
Kesa Gatame (Sash Hold)
Yoko Shiho Gatame (Side Hold)
Demonstrate a variation of and an escape from these two techniques.




Gokyu (Orange Belt). Should have about 6 months of regular class attendance since Yellow Belt. Participation in a Judo tournament during this period is not required, but highly recommended. Demonstrate the following:

Nage Waza (Throws):
Ouchi Gari (Big Inside Sweep)
Kouchi Gari (Small Inside Sweep)
Sasae Tsuri Komi Ashi (Lifting Sleeve Sweep of Advancing Foot)
Uki Goshi (Floating Hip Throw)

Kaeshi Waza (Counter Throws):
Tsubami Gaeshi (De Ashi Barai Counter)
Tani Otoshi (Valley Drop) against Seoi Nage

Osaekomi Waza (Pins):
Kami Shiho Gatame (Upper Body Hold)
A variation and escape from this technique.






Yonkyu (Green Belt). 6 months or so of regular attendance since orange belt. 2 tournaments are required during this period. Demonstrate the following:

Nage Waza (Throws):
Koshi Guruma (High Hip Wheel)
Hiza Guruma (Knee Wheel)
Kosoto Gari (Small Outside Sweep)
Tsuri Komi Goshi (Lift and Pull Hip Throw)
Morote Gari (Double Leg Take Down)

Kaeshi Waza (Counter Throws):
Counter Osoto Gari with Osoto Gari (Osoto Gaeshi)
Counter Hiza Guruma with leg grab into Ouchi Gari
Counter Morote Gari with a sprawl.

Renraku Waza (Combination Techniques):
Ouchi Gari into De Ashi Barai

Osaekomi Waza (Pins):
Kata Gatame (Shoulder Hold)
Tate Shiho Gatame (Straight Mounted Hold)
Variations and escapes.







Sankyu (3rd Brown Belt). A 1 year minimum of regular and dedicated attendance since achieving green belt. 2 tournaments. Demonstrate the following:

Nage Waza (Throws):
Okuri Ashi Harai (Assisting Foot Sweep)
Harai Goshi (Sweeping Hip Throw)
Uchimata (Inner Thigh Reap)
Tai Otoshi (Body Drop)
Sode Tsuri Komi Goshi (Lift and Pull Sleeve Hip Throw)

Kaeshi Waza (Counter Throws):
Counter Ouchi Gari with an Ouchi Gaeshi
Counter Morote Gari with Uchimata
Counter Harai Goshi with Te Guruma (Hand Wheel)
Counter Uchimata with Uchimata Sukashi (Uchimata Slip)

Renraku Waza (Combination Techniques):
Harai Goshi to Osoto Gari
Ouchi Gari to Uchimata
Uchimata to Ouchi Gari
Kouchi Gari to Ouchi Gari

Osaekomi Waza (Pins):
Uki Gatame (Floating Hold) Both “Knee on Stomach” and “English Hold” style.
Demonstrate transition drill through basic pins.

Shime Waza (Chokes):
Nami Juji Jime (Cross Strangle Palms Down)
Kata Juji Jime (Cross Strangle Palms Up/Down)
Gyaku Juji Jime (Cross Strangle Palms Up)
Sankaku Jime (3-Sided Strangle) Demonstrate from “the guard.” Also demonstrate an ability to perform Sankaku Jime from a variety of approaches and positions.
Kata Ha Jime (Single-Wing Strangle)
Demonstrate an escape or block each.

Kansetsu Waza (Armbars and Locks):
Juji Gatame demonstrated from guard. Other approaches and positions.
Demonstrate escapes/blocks from Juji Gatame.

Kata Randori (Formal “give and take” Sparring)








Nikyu (2nd Brown Belt). Must have attended a year of classes on a regular basis since achieving 3rd brown belt and participated in 3 tournaments. Demonstrate the following:

Nage Waza (Throws):
Kosoto Gake (Outside Leg Reap)
Obi Tsuri Goshi (Belt Lift Hip Throw)
Sumi Gaeshi (Corner Reversal)
Harai Tsuri Komi Ashi (Lifting Sleeve Sweep of Retreating Foot)
Hane Goshi (Hip Spring)


Kaeshi Waza (Counter Throws):
Counter Kouchi Gari with a Kouchi Gaeshi
Counter Uchimata with “spinning out” Uchimata
Okuri Eri Jime against Ippon Seoi Nage

Renraku Waza (Combination Techniques):
Sasae Tsuri Komi Ashi to Tai Otoshi
Tsuri Komi Goshi to Tani Otoshi
Ouchi to Tai Otoshi

Shime Waza (Chokes):
Hadaka Jime (Rear Naked Strangle)
Okuri Eri Jime (Rear Collar Strangle)

Kansetsu Waza (Armbars and Locks):
Ude Garami (Entangled Arm Lock) Inside and Outside Variation. Tori from top and bottom.
Escapes and blocks from Ude Garami.

Ikkyu (1st Brown Belt). Must have attended a year of classes on a regular basis since achieving 2nd brown belt and participated in 3 tournaments and have worked at least 1 tournament as a score keeper, medic, or some equivalent role. Demonstrate the following:

Yoko Otoshi (Side Drop)
Kata Gurma (Shoulder Wheel)
Tomoe Nage (Round Throw)
Seoi Nage (Shoulder Throw) “Drop” Style and Otoshi Style. Morote and Ippon.
Oguruma (Big Wheel)

Kaeshi Waza (Counter Throws):
Utsuri Goshi against a hip throw.
Ura Nage against Koshi Nage
Counter Tomoe Nage by cart-wheeling into a superior ground position.
Tawara Gaeshi (Rice Bag Reversal) against Morote Gari

Renraku Waza (Combination Techniques):
Seoi Nage to Makikomi Kouchi Gari
Osoto Gari to Sasae Tsuri Komi Ashi
Uchimata to Tai Otoshi

Shime Waza (Chokes):
Ashi Jime (Leg Choke)
Morote Jime (Double Arm Choke)
Okuri Eri Jime , Koshi Jime Variation
Escapes

Kansetsu Waza (Armbars and Locks):
Ude Gatame (Arm-taking Armlock) Tori and Uke kneeling face to face, and Tori from below.
Waki Gatame (Arm-taking Side Armlock) Kneeling to take-down
Ude Garami (Entangled-arm Armlock) Standing to take-down. Inside and outside.
Demonstrate escapes from each situation.

Kata Randori








Black Belt (1st Dan). Must have attended a year of classes on a regular and dedicated basis since achieving 1st brown belt, participated in 5 tournaments, and contributed significantly as an assistant instructor in the dojo. CPR and First Aid certified. Demonstrate the following.

Day 1
First half of day: Demonstrate all previous belt test requirements.
Break
Second half of day:

Nage Waza (Throws):
Kuchiki Daoshi (One Hand Leg Grab)
Kibisu Gaeshi (Heel Grab)
Yama Arashi (Mountain Storm)
Osoto Guruma (Big Outside Wheel)
Sukui Nage (Scoop Throw)
Makikomi (Winding Throw) Soto, Harai, Uchi Mata, etc.
Demonstrate Favorite Throw(s) and any suggested by testing board.

Kaeshi Waza (Counter Throws):
Counter Kosoto Gari with Uchi Mata
Counter Harai Goshi wih Osoto Guruma
Counter Hane Goshi with Harai Tsuri Komi Ashi
Counter Ura Nage with Ouchi and Kouchi Gari
Counter drop Seoi Nage with Juji Gatame
Demonstrate Favorite Counters and any suggested by testing board.


Renraku Waza (Combination Techniques):
De Ashi Barai to Uchimata to Kuchiki Daoshi
Morote Gari to Ouchi to Kouchi
Ouchi to Osoto to Soto Makikomi
Demonstrate Favorite Combinations of 3 (or more) and any suggested by the board.

Shime Waza (Chokes):
Tsuki Komi Jime (Thrust Strangle)
Sode Jime (Sleeve Strangle)
Jugoku Jime (Hell Strangle)
Escapes/blocks.

Demonstrate Kappo (traditional revival techniques):
Sasoi Katsu
Eri Katsu

Kansetsu Waza (Armbars and Locks):
Demonstrate Juji Gatame, Ude Gatame, Waki Gatame, etc. against an Uke armed with a Tanto (wooden practice knife), standing, kneeling, and from grappling.

Demonstrate Illegal Tournament Techniques of Judo
Reverse Okuri Eri Jime and Hadaka Jime, (Guillotine Style)
Daki Age Otoshi (Lift and Drop)
Kani Basami (Scissor Leg Throw)
Ashi Kansetsu Waza (Ankle /Heel Locks and Knee Bars)
Obi Jime (Belt Strangle)
Suso Jime (Jacket Strangle)
Demonstrate other tactics and moves prohibited in Tournament.

Day 2
Kata Randori
30 minutes: work separately with a partner that is smaller(10 minutes), the same size(10 minutes), and larger(10 minutes), demonstrating techniques applicable to each body size, and the ability to be thrown and correctly fall when thrown by these body sizes. Should be a vigorous and continuous demonstration.

Nage No Kata

Katame No Kata

Newaza Randori
30 minutes of continuous ground work randori, with fresh partners rotating in. Last 5 minutes against multiple attackers (up to 3).

The above 4 segments should be performed without a break between them.

Written Exam and Oral Board

Board: Student should be able to: discuss Judo history and philosophy, demonstrate very basic Japanese language (counting, thank you, etc), and express personal short and long term martial art goals. Weaknesses and strengths of student will be discussed.

Witam

No to ładne rozbieżności z polskimi przepisami jeżeli chodzi o rzuty. I białego pasa nie ma... Dobrze mi sie wydaje że polskie wymagania sa trudniejsze na poszczególne pasy?

TO sa chyba stare wymaganie, jak zdawalem na zolty pasek to musialem robic te rzuty co sa tutaj podane, obecnie sie zmienily(nieznacznie).
Ja mam taka magiczna ksiazeczke i tam sa wymagania + obrazki :)

Regulamin uzyskiwania stopni judo -Kyu
Obowiązujący w Polsce od dnia 2 stycznia 2003
W judo istnieją 2 rodzaje stopni: szkoleniowe -Kyu
oraz mistrzowskie -Dan.
Stopnie szkoleniowe -Kyu
6 kyu -pas biały
5 kyu -pas żółty
4 kyu -pas pomarańczowy
3 kyu -pas zielony
2 kyu -pas niebieski
l kyu -pas brązowy
Kryteria zdobywania stopnia KYU
Warunkiem uzyskania stopni szkoleniowych Kyu konieczne jest:
6 -4 kyu –spełnienie wymagań technicznych
3 -1 kyu –spełnienie wymagań sportowych i technicznych
6 -l kyu -spełnienie kryterium czasowego
Uwaga. : nie dopuszcza się omijania stopni jak również nadawania stopni awansem za OSią1:,1.l1ięte rezultaty sportowe.
Wymagania sportowe: Uzyskanie minimum 30 punktów w turniejach objętych kalendarzem PZJudo, Regionów i OZJudo wg następującego klucza:
a. zwycięstwo nad zawodnikiem o 2 stopnie niższym -1.0 pkt.
b. zwycięstwo nad zawodnikiem o stopień niższym -2,0 pkt.
c. zwycięstwo nad zawodnikiem o równym stopniu -3,0 pkt.
d. zwycięstwo nad zawodnikiem o stopień wyższym -4,0 pkt.
e. zwycięstwo nad zawodnikiem o 2 lub więcej stopni wyższym -5,0 pkt

Wymaganiań techniczne i kryteria czasowe
Aby uzykać wyższe od posiadanego stopień judo należy zdać egzamin techniczny demonstrując techniki wyznaczone niniejszym regulaminem dla danego stopnia oraz wykazać się umiejętnością technik obowiązujących na wszystkie stopnie. Ponadto przy zdawaniu na każdy stopień należy znać podstawowe RENKRAKU WAZA i HENKA WAZA oparte o dotychczas poznane rzuty.
