The Organizing Committee for the World Vovinam Federation congress kindly suggests the National Olympic Committee nominates two representatives (of which at least one should be a Vovinam master) to take part in the conference for the establishment of the World Vovinam Federation which will be held in Hochiminh City - Vietnam on September 24th -26th 2008.

Since the success of this congress is such an important step for us, we would be honored to receive your response and list of participating representatives.
