UFC HISTORY:
Jeremy made his UFC debut on May 15, 1998. He took on Frank Shamrock for his UFC World Middleweight Championship. Jeremy was a heavy underdog going in but shocked Shamrock and the world by giving Frank an incredibly tough match. Although Jeremy was never able to hurt Frank, he was able to maintain controlling positions for most of the fight. It seemed that Jeremy was on his way to a judge's decision when he was caught by a Shamrock kneebar at 16 minutes and 30 seconds into the bout.

Jeremy lost the bout but he won over the fans with his outstanding performance.

At Ultimate Brazil Jeremy lost to Ebenezer Braga by guillotine choke in 3:28.

At UFC 19 Jeremy defeated Chuck Liddell in 12 min. by referee stoppage due to choke out.

At UFC 21 Jeremy Horn defeated Daiju Takase by referee stoppage in 4:42. This match started out cautiously with both men throwing some probing punches while circling. Horn landed a few leg kicks. They clinched with Horn landing a couple of knees before it went to the ground. Horn got side mount and started landing punches, elbows, and knees. Horn then got full mount and landed some big shots that bloodied up Takase until referee Mario Yamasaki stopped the fight.

At UFC 22 Jeremy Horn defeated Integrated Fighting specialist Jason Godsey by arm bar at 2:08 of the first round. Jeremy started the fight wanting to strike but was eventually taken down by Godsey. Horn was very active in the guard and ended up getting a quick armbar that made Godsey tap instantly.

At UFC 27 Jeremy defeated Eugene Jackson by tapout from armbar in 4:33 of the first round. Horn made an impressive return to middleweight action against the hard punching Jackson. Jackson 's punches looked sharp standing but once it hit the ground Horn took over and showed his submission skills. Jeremy showed why he is considered by many to be one of the top middleweights in the world.

"Lately I've been trying to focus more on my boxing. We've been doing a lot of sparring and stuff. My Jiu-Jitsu is pretty stable. My weakest point has always been my stand up so I've been working on it a lot lately. I don't really change my training for any specific opponent because I figure everybody's going to be well rounded enough that I need to be also so I work mostly on what I'm bad at. I've got so much room to improve. I can always get stronger. I can always get better at boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling. I can get better at everything. I've got a long way to go still."

Jeremy trains with UFC Lightweight World Champion Pat Miletich. "Over here we have you know, great wrestlers, pro boxers, we have a big mix of everything. I wanted to move to where the training would be better. Since then, I have been training everyday."

Jeremy has also been concentrating on weight lifting. "I've been lifting five days a week. I'm a lot stronger so I don't have to rely quite so much on fighting from the bottom. I'm able to get on top a little more and work from there."

Jeremy is one of the most active fighters around and sports a MMA record is 40-5-4.

He recently lost a close decision to UFC Heavyweight Champion Randy Couture in the RINGS organization in Japan.

Jeremy started his martial arts training at the age of 13 in the adult class of a tough style so he learned to take his lumps at an early age. His style is based in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but also contains techniques from Muay Thai and wrestling. He says, "I'll use whatever works."

"I'm excited to be competing in Atlantic City. Last time, I went as a cornerman, but to go and fight in the show is very exciting. Competing in front of a packed house is something every fighter wants to do... I've done it in Japan a few times, but to do it in the U.S. is even better."

Co do mojej opini o tym czlowieku to jej raczej nie mam. Widzialem tylko kilka jego walk i jaiegos specjalnie duzego wrazenia na mnie nie wywarl. Po prostu bardzo dobry zawodnik. Walczy w NHB juz bez mala 6 lat. To duzo. Duzo walycz. Ostatnio wzial udzial w Pride. Coz, czas pokaze ile osiagnie.

Fox: gdzie ja jestem do niego podobny ? Az tak chyba malo urodziwy to chyba nie jestem. Hmm, sadze ze moje ewentualne podobnienstwo zewnetrzne do Horn'a nalezy zostawic innym.

Marta-Ika : Dziekuje Pani za tak dokladne porownanie mojej osoby do tego znanego (?) zawodnika NHB. Mam nadzieje iz nie szydzi Pani z mojej skromnej osoby.
